At Cas-Croute we combine British and French Cuisine and have created a mouthwatering menu with a modern and inventive twist with a strong Sussex influence.   With a mix of classic dishes and unique creations, we have sometime for all palates. 
We also offer a beautiful selection of 'sharing boards' and Charcuterie offering everything from fresh Oysters, to house pastrami, cheese & artisan bread for those who just want to nibble. 
To compliment this, we have an extensive choice of  fine French wines and champagne, as well as draught beer, cider & classic cocktails
